Fall Wedding in Eureka Springs by Arkansas Wedding Photographer The Dogwood Collective

Andrew and Nicole’s wedding was one where I remember being relaxed throughout the entire day– and it was because everyone involved seemed so relaxed and simply ready for the two of them to be married. Their wedding just so happened to fall during “peak week” for all the trees changing their colors. They were FREAKING BEAUTIFUL, and they seemed to match their style and decor perfectly (like Nicole’s dress for example.) I was amazed by it, and took way too many pictures of it from basically every angle possible.

The bride, her mother and bridesmaids got ready in a cabin right outside the Historic 1886 Crescent Hotel and Spa. The groom and his groomsmen got ready inside one of the HAUNTED hotel rooms. So naturally, I tried to make my associate shooter, Sheila, go inside and take most of the groom photos. My plan didn’t work, but luckily we did not see any ghosts.

The wedding ceremony took place at the Thorncrown Chapel, which is absolutely stunning. They do have a few very strict rules (if you are thinking about getting married here, reach out and I will share all those rules with you) that I was not super stoked about, but what can ya do. They built something completely beautiful and want to keep it that way. After the quick ceremony, we drove around Eureka Springs, soaked in the beauty and took some bomb photos before heading back to the Crescent Hotel for the reception.

Final thought from the wedding: SUPER STOKED I DIDN’T SEE A GHOST OR LEAVE THE WEDDING HAUNTED.

xoxo,
Kristi
