On September 13th of 2022, I had the absolute honor of documenting Emma and Rheo’s private Joshua Tree House elopement. They actually called it a celestial wedding! The event was hosted at The Joshua Tree House, which is an oasis in the desert. It also happens to be right on the outskirts of the Saguaro National Park! The Inn was stunning, well decorated and had some of the most beautiful views of the mountains. It truly is such a unique location for an elopement or small wedding. I encourage anyone looking for a desert elopement venue, or even just a place to escape from reality for a while, to check them out here.
Emma and Rheo’s vision for the Joshua Tree House elopement was to get ready together in their room, private vows and a rooftop dinner. They stayed in the beautiful Yucca Room. exchange their vows completly privately under one of the largest and oldest Joshua Trees on the property! They pulled and read tarot cards, popped champagne, danced and laughed so much!. It was literally all so romantic and impossible to take a bad photograph!
As the sun was about down, we hurried back to the house. The desert after dark is terrifying and I spotted too many eight legged creatures for my taste. Once back to the house, they headed to the rooftop. The two shared a meal fit for kings (I forget how many courses it was, but dang it looked good!) And another perk of the venue was that they had a private chef there to cook their meals for them! We ended their beautiful Tucson Elopement enjoying an evening under the stars, dancing in the little bit of light put off from their headlights! What
Take a look at their beautiful evening in the desert.
